Okay, don't laugh at me but... *blushes* can somebody teach me how to use the deviantart chat? It seems like I totally don't understand how it works and... well actually I tried once to go there. And there where quite a lot of people but they didn't talk, but show themselves some kind of emoticon-like pictures of monsters. but they weren't emoticons .. so I totally didn't get it and I asked those people where does one get them from... and... and they went all
on me and I just fled

Anyway, please somebody tell me how does it work? What should I do when I first try to use deviantart chat and what are the most popular commands used on chat.. like the one after which there's * someone did something rather then <someone> did something.. ehh you know what I mean right? Pretty please!

Ehmm no więc tak.. nie śmiejcie się ok, ale... czy ktoś mógłby mnie nauczyć jak używa się deviantowego chata. Osobiście w ogóle tego nie łapię. Nie wiem co mam robić jak już tam wlezę i w ogóle. Raz nawet się odważyłam i było hm, dziwnie. Było sporo ludzi, którzy po prostu wymieniali się jakimiś emotkono-podobnymi obrazkami potworów Ale to nie były zwykłe emotki, nie wiedziałam co to jest więc spytałam tych ludzi skąd biorą te potwory, a oni wszyscy wyskoczyli z różnymi czy i w ogóle masakra.. zwiałam

No więc po krótce czy mógłby mi ktoś wytłumaczyć co i jak? Co zrobić jak już się wejdzie na chata i jakich komend można tam używać... np jest coś takiego co zmienia <an3czka> blblblbla w *an3czka robi cośtam coś tam. Pomożecie mi z tym ?

   Word from me
   I'd like to have a word about the comment problem in general, because what recently happens here on deviantart is terrible. Some time ago people would comment I'm not saying that everyone would write some extensive and constructive critique, but they would at least say they like your work or write some omg-it's-so-cute comment. Now, the number of commenting people is decreasing drastically. The lack of time is of course understandable and If person usually leaves a word but now has no time I don't mind at all. But lets face it, when someone have time and would rather spend it on giving 20 random faves than giving 5 decent comments - I think that something is not right here. Who are we ? Faves giving machines? Can't we just communicate like normal human beings?
   Just think about it 'kay?
